It was a very nice stay. We only stayed one night but woke up refreshed. The gentleman at the desk was very nice, helpful & funny, made checking in easy & fast. The location was easy to find, there was construction going on next to it but still easy to get in & out of the parking lot & the noise from it did not bother us. The room was clean, no carpet, had a mini fridge that tilted a little bit nothing too bad. Bathroom was clean, wish they had a tub but that's ok. The property itself was clean and did not smell like cigarette smoke like other properties I've been at where it says "smoke free" and yet we still smell smoke. Their ice machine was easy to find. I did not see if they had a laundry room or a pool. Still, we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I was charged an additional fee for early check-in. Later, some family members briefly came by to drop off luggage before their flight that evening and were not planning to stay at the hotel. However, the front desk staff repeatedly confronted us regarding the number of people in the room, even after only four guests remained. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and felt unnecessarily hostile. Staff members entered the room to inspect it and even requested that we open the bathroom door to verify no additional guests were present. I found this behavior invasive and unprofessional. In addition, the room itself was not in acceptable condition. The sheets had holes in them, the room appeared unclean, and there was no hot water available during our stay. Due to the ongoing harassment and uncomfortable atmosphere, I decided to leave the hotel around 7 PM. While waiting outside for our Uber, one staff member continued staring at us, which only added to the discomfort of the experience. Perfect hotel for a night or two, close to the airport. I was genuinely surprised after reading previous reviews, but I have nothing bad to say! Guy at the front desk was polite and helpful. It’s a Motel 6, don’t expect luxury…but the room smells good, it’s clean, the bed was comfy, sheets were nice, hot shower good water pressure…only negative for me was no coffee maker in the room. There’s a mini fridge but no microwave and the room is small, but still a great deal for the price. There is airplane noise but not late at night and same for the road noise, only during the day. The best thing is the location! Safe area, we walked to the waterfront at night, and walked to Little Italy for dinner. The tram/cable car station, also a short walk from hotel…it’s $2.50 for a ride to Old Town and Presido Park area, or anywhere in the city. For around a hundred a night, this was a great stay. I was with my husband for this trip, but I often travel alone…and as a female I would have no problem staying here or walking alone in this neighborhood. Would also be fine for families with kids.
