I had an amazing stay at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect downtown location close to many attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. What truly made the experience outstanding was the staffβeveryone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The service was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a week (Monday- Friday) because our girls were attending a film camp nearby. I will say, the car service was the absolute best! Throughout the week we got to know the drivers Robert, Oscar, and Robin. All around great people that drove well and kept a safe. We were able to use the car service to easily go to the Grammy Museum, LA Live, Union Station (to catch the free shuttle to Dodgers stadium) and Olvera Street. We used the complimentary Angel Flight tickets to check out Grand Central Market. We were able to walk to both the MOCA and the Broad Museums. Great location and great staff. The little treat at the front desk each night was also nice. The rooms could use some work and there was some delay picking up room service trays. A tray in our hall stayed on the floor for over 24 hours. Overall, we highly recommend and will stay there again!

The service is top notch from valet to desk and everywhere in between. The rooms were awkwardly situated bathroom and closet door opened up on each other. The bed was too hard for me. It was pretty quiet overall for being downtown. The bathroom sink has zero room. I had to put my hair straightener on the edge of the tub. The shower was the best part wonderful pressure the best Iβve ever experienced in a hotel and I was on a high floor. However the wall prevented the curtain from closing all the way so water seeped out and pooled on the tile floor making it super dangerous. The soaps were great but the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were under the shower head which made it difficult to get from your hand to your head because it washed off with the strong shower pressure. It has a lovely entrance albeit small so uber and other cars jammed up the small space. They only offer valet mine was $76 nightly. The bar was cool and the food at their restaurant Noe was good. Also on the 3rd floor opposite the restaurant is a small store with coffee and pastries for sale. Next to the store for a few hours in the morning is a coffee cart offering free coffee and tea. Room service was quick an

I came out to LA for the first time ever and chose this hotel for my stay. I am so glad I did. They truly focus on customer service and making sure you have the best possible experience. They gave me a complimentary early check-in and late check-out because I'm a rewards member and was staying during a less busy time. The front desk staff is so professional but also so sweet. One of them let me borrow a permanent marker so I could bring it with me to get an autograph when I was meeting a celebrity at a VIP event close by. The room was gorgeous and HUGE. Was not expecting how big it was when I opened the door!! The cleaning staff were super polite and nice too. I would highly recommend this place if you want a super nice and pampered experience when visiting LA!!
