I want to express my deep disappointment regarding my experience today. My family has been loyal customers for years, continuing to visit even after moving 21 miles away, but our experience today has changed that. While celebrating Father’s Day, my grandfather and I discovered mold on a slice of cake we were served. I am shocked that the staff could overlook something so hazardous and still serve it to a customer. When I called to report the issue, the only response I received was a brief apology and an offer for a refund. Given the severity of the food quality and the potential health risk involved, I find this response entirely inadequate and dismissive knowing it is “Father’s Day” I hope you will take this matter seriously and review your food safety protocols to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

One of the best Paris Baguette locations in the San Jose area. It is clean and tidy—but that’s not the most important thing... what really matters is that the selection of pastries is larger than I’ve seen at any other branch of this chain! The staff is polite, and the drinks were prepared quickly. There is seating available both inside and outside the café. There was plenty of parking, even though it was a holiday weekend.

I stopped in to this place to try it out and boy am I glad that I did. I came in for breakfast and tried the curry croquette and had the staff heat it up for me. WOW was it delicious. I would definetly recommend this place and come here again.

This review is pertaining to my catering experience. I placed an online order for an office workshop. I specified that we needed vegetarian only options due to cultural sensitivities. Although my order arrived on time, the items itself did not adhere to my instructions. The receipt clearly marked “No Meat” but whoever packed the items must’ve missed it. I called right away and explained my distress. The person I spoke to was apologetic and worked with me to provide another option. The replacement arrived quickly and the delivery person was pleasant. The food was fresh, delicious, and the team enjoyed themselves. To top off my relief, we discovered how delicious the Lavazzo PB coffee collab is! Because of the great customer service and quality of items, I will consider catering with them again.

Food and beverage in general are good. I like seeing new pastry flavors from time to time This store is bright and airy, although it gets crowded during peak time and loses its intended Parisian laid-back charm Service is hit and miss, though. Sometimes we get someone who's very friendly and courteous, other times we get straight-faced, no-nonsense treatment at the counter
