Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 everywhere.

San Jose is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Jose follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We been going here since we were little. They have so much variety and it's always fresh bread and flavor is on point. Looking for Mexican bread then this is your spot that don't disappoint! Fast service too theres always ladies ready to load up your tray!

Pink Elephant is basically the Costco of Mexican bakeries. The place is huge, the pastry cases seem endless, and it's dangerously easy to walk in for one item and leave with a box that weighs as much as a small child. One thing to know before you start grabbing pastries like you're on a game show: not everything is labeled. If you're not familiar with Mexican pastries, you may end up playing Bakery Roulette and discovering a surprise custard or buttercream filling. Thankfully, the staff is friendly, helpful, and constantly restocking trays, so getting answers is easy. I tried a variety of pastries, including a few conchas, cookies, and a small guava-filled pastry that looked like a tiny dessert Hot Pocket. The guava pastry stole the show. Most items were flavorful and fresh, though a couple of the croissant-style pastries leaned a little dry. Pink Elephant isn't my favorite Mexican bakery in the South Bay, but it's a solid option with plenty of variety, fair prices, and enough sweet treats to make a return visit feel inevitable.

We ordered a cake here and wanted fresh strawberries for the filling and they told us they don’t do that unless we buy them and bring them to them. Then they said they couldn’t make the design we should them for little trains. Lastly, when we cut the cake the whole bottom part was completely broken/squished together. Never ordering a cake from here again.

Delicious and fast. Lady in cashier was friendly and fast. You can find good variety, mostly Mexican. Fresh and tasty. Store looks clean and organized πŸ‘Œ. Only problem we faced was cash only. I don't think it's a good idea to just accept cash because everyone cares cart and not always cash.

Updated Review I got my son his cake for his birthday and it was good and all but esthetically I was not pleased. They could have written 'alex'larger or something. The ladies who gave me the cake were not helpful and didn't really. Seem to care. I ordered a cake for my partner and it was delicious! I got a lot of compliments about how good and fluffy it was. It was white cake with strawberry jelly filling. They only thing that kind of bothered me is that they only accept cash when ordering.
