I have gone my order is wrong and when I try to call after I get home and realize my order is wrong nobody answers so then if I have time I go back and get my order fixed don't go for a while then I go and again my order is wrong I've done it or I don't go for 6 months 3 months I want today they repeated my order to me I said yes had confidence that they got my order right didn't check it got home and realized I had an item missing I don't know what is with this location but they constantly get my order wrong and if you try to call the number they never answer

I used to love going to rallies because I'm 6'3 and I like extremely large chocolate shakes and now they went by the McDonald's and Jack in the Box medium size shakes calling them large, I remember that Rally's used to stand out because they were different but now they're just the average Burger Stop, I purchased the most smallest Rally Burger with no cheese and a large chocolate shake that was obviously about a medium soda size for almost $12, I know they're trying to survive and get by but this is a little extreme now, employees were excellent

The fries were really good. They are extra crispy and almost taste like onion rings. The pretzel burger was not good at all.

Outdoor seating. Flies are to be expected. That being said, I can’t complain about anything else. The $5 meal deal was a ridiculous amount of food. Well worth the cost and everything was so fresh and delicious. Very good first impression. Staff was equally great.
