We had an amazing experience at Sabor Gaucho! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The rodízio experience was outstanding, with a great variety of premium cuts served perfectly grilled and full of flavor. The cocktails, atmosphere, and overall attention to detail made the evening even more special. A special thank you to the team for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. We truly felt taken care of throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience, Sabor Gaucho is definitely a place worth visiting. We had an amazing afternoon at this restaurant! The atmosphere was fantastic, the service outstanding, and the food absolutely incredible. The meat and asado were simply top class — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and among the best we’ve ever had. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail and high quality ingredients. A special thank you again to Sunny and Claudio for making the experience even more memorable with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and excellent service. They truly made us feel welcome from start to finish. If you are looking for incredible meat, authentic asado, and a wonderful dining experience, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend got us reservations to celebrate my birthday and it was truly a 10/10 experience. Every cut they brought out was fresh, beautifully cooked, and perfectly salted. Each piece was tender and juicy. They were very attentive and would come by to ask if we wanted any particular cuts. The atmosphere was romantic and the noise level was just intimate enough. We were in Rio earlier this year and I was craving a traditional churrascaría experience and this place delivered! Excited to come back!

We have discovered another steakhouse that we intend to return to. Initially, we were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Our server, Gabriel, provided us with comprehensive information about the establishment, as it was our first visit. The customer service was exceptional. The ambiance was excellent. The food displayed at the center was impeccable, offering a wide variety of options. The meat was expertly seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this establishment. We will undoubtedly return and make it our preferred destination for special occasions.
