After obtaining quotes from three auto body shops, we selected "San Carlos Auto Body and Repair" due to its excellent ratings and the most competitive price—less than half of the other quotes we received. Mr. Duc and Ms. Tam, the owner and manager, are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They patiently explained the different repair options and the trade-offs between cost and scope of the repair. We ultimately chose the highest-cost option they offered, which was still less than half the price quoted by other shops. The repair was completed within one week, and the quality of the work is exceptional, as shown in the attached before-and-after photos.

Tam and Bien were awesome and super nice. They did a fantastic job repairing my SUV tailgate. Great quality and professional. Bien was even able to save the small badge and put them back when the repair was done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for body repairs.

I used this body shop ten years ago. They were on San Carlos Street. It was near to the downtown. Now, they moved to this location.. they did fantastic jobs on my car as always. You should try this body shop. It runs by husband and wife. They are always nice and friendly. They most important is my car always look brand new after I have a repair my car at this shop. You should deserve ten stars San Carlos.

My 17 year old car suffered a sideswipe that took out much of the side of the car. It is a good running car and i didn't want to replace it. Tam, and Bien, at San Carlos Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing the car. In fact, it looks like new. They even detailed the car before i picked it up. The price was reasonable, and the car was finished when they said it would be. I will happily do business with this shop in the future. I am so impressed with the quality of their work. They are friendly and the shop is clean. A great place!

I was referred by a fellow member of our car group to check out Tam and Bien regarding painting my bumper. Took my car and they were very professional and honest about what I needed done to my car to meet my expectations. I saw some of their work and was very impressed with the quality and great finish. Proceeded to have them work on my car and they did a phenomenal job upon delivery. They even had it detailed! Can’t say I’ve ever been to a body shop with top tier service such as San Carlos Auto Body. To top it off, they are some of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met and will continue to do business with them in the future. I can’t thank them enough for their great work and hope that I can share my experience.
