SIXT Car Rental - San Diego International Airport (SAN)

After a very long day and a not so nice customer service rep on the phone (0 stars for him), I was back at Sixt trying to extend my rental. Jason (I believe) first tried to help me and was so nice and understanding. He spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out how to help me. I was grumpy after my day and he absolutely did not let it ruffle him. After his valiant effort I went down to the office and Gabby and Parker heard me out and were very sympathetic. They spent a few minutes together and set me up in a car for the length I needed all the while chatting pleasantly with me. Honestly they helped turn a very frustrating day (that extended far beyond my car rental) into a pleasant interaction. The fact that they just stopped and listened to me explain my situation and took a few minutes to hear me out completely calmed me down. I’m just a regular 50 year old lady they could have just dismissed but instead they made me feel like they wanted to help. I deal with the service industry all the time and I get that after a day of people like me you get tired of it. Thank you for making me feel like I was the first person you had dealt with today. Excellent experience at Sixt! Jason and Enrique were extremely helpful, solution-oriented, and truly customer-focused. Even when there was an issue with the payment, both of them stayed calm, patient, and friendly throughout. We felt well taken care of the whole time. Excellent experience from start to finish! This was my second time renting from them, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I truly appreciated their transparency and efficiency. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car rental company. Five stars!

This was my fifth time using Sixt service past year and absolutely loved the service! Cars look great and customer service is excellent every time! Drove fabulous BMW and it’s hands down my favorite choice. Thank you for the great cars. Looking forward to my next trip and renting again! 🙂

We tried to rent a car for my husband’s birthday, but Enterprise had zero cars… so we walked next door, and honestly that was the best “Plan B” ever. Jesus was exceptional from the moment we walked in—super friendly, patient, and even let us go browse the cars before making a choice. We went upstairs and Justin took over, showing us a lineup of gorgeous options… but the moment we saw the BMW 7 Series, it was game over. The whole process was so simple—handed over our DL and credit card and boom… we were off to chase the sunset 🌅 in luxury. Let me tell you… this car was EVERYTHING. Smooth, clean, powerful, and the gas mileage??? We drove all the way to Las Vegas and back for only $100 in gas ⛽️🔥 Unreal. We had an amazing time, the car was perfect, and now they have officially gained a new loyal customer. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend—don’t sleep on this place!
