Staying in the heart of Beverly Hills is always a great time. Especially at this luxury hotel. Walked in and on a random day the front desk staff Samurai and Maxx were passing out drinks to us hotel guests. I feel very much appreciated and welcomed everytime I stay at this hotel. My new 2nd home.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing stay at SLS Beverly Hills! The service was truly what made the experience stand out. Huge thank you to Geo at the front desk, Kaylee our server, Brittany, Danny, Pablo, Carlos, and all of the bellmen — everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The team made everything feel easy and elevated, from check-in to dining to getting around the hotel. The property is beautiful, the vibe is fun and luxe, and the staff really goes above and beyond to make guests feel taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Beverly Hills!

I came out to see a friend and this hotel didn't disappoint in any way. From the moment I pulled up, the valet was polite and inviting. The entrance was warm and inviting and inside was no different! I LOVED all the mirrors everywhere and so did she! I arrived around 1230pm and the room wasn't ready. I had flowers that I needed to keep cool and the front desk took care of keeping them cool. The front desk called me to tell me my room was ready about 30 minutes later. The room was perfect and immaculately clean. I had no issues whatsoever and we'll be planning on coming back on our one year anniversary and hopefully more than that. We had breakfast the next morning and the service and food was wonderful! I don't want to stay anywhere else for any future trips to L.A. This was quite the experience so thank you! We'll see you all soon!

This is our third time our family stayed at the SLS, and we continue to have a wonderful experience. Great location, walkable to Melrose. My kids love taking the free hotel shuttle to the Grove and Century City mall. We got lucky and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which is perfect for our family of four. The pool is always a great place to hang out for the day. Breakfast at the nook is always excellent, a great way to start the day. We love this hotel and highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in the Beverly Hills area.
