Decent selection. They could do better with Padres gear. The homestead should have a wider selection.

I had a very negative experience at this store. While shopping for sports gear with a friend, I was approached by a staff member who said to us, ‘For the fourth time, how can I help you,’ in a tone that felt more accusatory than helpful. Later, I was judged and questioned simply for looking in the kids’ section, even though the staff had no idea what I was shopping for. When I told him I would just leave instead, he responded, ‘Yes, that’s the best idea to leave,’ which was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I then asked for his name, he refused and said, ‘I don’t need to tell you.’ This experience made both my friend and me feel discriminated against and completely unwelcome. A store should treat all customers with basic respect, but instead we were judged, dismissed, and spoken to in a demeaning way. I will not be returning, and I think others deserve to know how this store treats people.

Bought a kids jersey on August 10th for $129 it was too big, tried returning it on August 23rd with tag on it, no smell because my kid couldn’t wear it. First I Read the policy before leaving my house, Walked in to try to get my refund, guy tells me with an attitude we don’t do jersey returns, as he’s holding the jersey I gave him. I asked why and his response was “people wear them and bring them back”. Then another guy tells me they can do store credit. So I laughed and told them they should update their website to let buyers know about their policy. Proceeded to walk to grab something to swap for the jersey then turned around to ask if it had to be the same price, the guy says yes. I grabbed a couple items and went to the register. A different guy rings me up and then gives me cash back, I then said I thought it was only store credit. Then I laughed and asked for the manager’s number and some old guy hanging out looking homeless joined the convo and yelled at me saying it’s on your receipt. TERRIBLE BUSINESS with a tad bit of stupidity and racism. I only said racism part because as I walked to grab something to swap, a worker asked the guy I was talking to if he was gonna help me

So excited I found this store. I’m constantly looking online for cute or different sports gear but I always end up disappointed. To my excitement this store had a huge selection of San Diego Padres gear and so many more options than I’ve found online or at the ballpark. The entire back half of their store was packed with other teams/sports as well. Better yet, the store is owned/operated by an elderly couple who are hard core sports fans so I felt I was allow to splurge a little knowing I was supporting a small business. I will 100% be back.

The staff are very professional! Especially the older lady. She was very helpful when it came to decide my hat size. 10/10 would recommend getting a cap here. I love my new Padres hat I got here.
