Our technician arrived on time and called us 45 minutes before to help us get everything ready. He clearly communicated with us about what was happening and how he would repair it. The was polite and courteous. The job was finished in less than an hour. We are very pleased and Will certainly use Surf Brothers again!

I can’t recommend Surf Bros HVAC enough. After another large corporate HVAC company quoted me nearly $3,000 in repairs, I decided to get one more opinion—and I’m so glad I did. Really happy with our experience with Surf Bros HVAC. We approached them with an idea for a mini-split, were given a quote for one but also given alternative solutions that better suited our problem, which we went with. Red was upfront about the options and his thought process, clearly very knowledgable in his field. His team was friendly and approachable while, most importantly, staying professional and communicative throughout the whole job. Everything met our expectations, and Red definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We're thankful for the work done and we would absolutely work with his team again. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a service co to take care of our HVAC system commercially and came across Surf Bros. I'm so glad I did. I've been working with Red, communication is always there. He always includes photos of the work and is very detailed and thorough with everything he does. He's always willing to answer all my questions and educate me. If you're looking for a company to service your store(s) and you're not able to always be on site, check out Surf Bros. They're honest and extremely reliable!

We replaced an old gas furnace with a central heat pump. First off, the new system is great. The Mitsubishi unit is very quiet and provides nice even heating. A definite upgrade! Red, Alex and the rest of the crew are excellent. They work hard, really know their HVAC details and they care about a quality install. For example Red took extra time to make sure our ductwork was straight and as short as possible, and that the refrigerant line between the indoor and outdoor units had gradual bends for long life. Everything looks neat and professional, inside and out. The company isn't too big either, so if you hire them you are going to get a skilled team for your job. Highly recommended.
