Horrible place to park, valet has no clue what they’re doing, if you show up past midnight they’ll still take a valet charge with no valet to move your car. The expect you to text them when you’re headed down and when you do they don’t bother checking their phone to get your car ready. When you do go down there and ask them for your car they just walk around and look in any direction but yours, this was hands down the worst valet service I’ve ever been forced to participate in and even though the hotel was decent I will never be coming back to this location. 0/10 do NOT recommend if you want an easy check in

The hotel as a whole is very nice, clean. The rooms are comfortable. Clean. My only issue was the room smelled musty. Valet parking. Plenty of places to eat. Restaurant on site as well.

This is not a four star hotel, it’s more of a three star and the third star is dangling. The fitness room is windowless and locked in the year 1995. No pool or hot tub. Toiletries are dispensed from a thirty year old vending machine and poorly stocked. The room has weird attributes, such as marble floors and showers mixed with ancient wallpaper commonly found in Super 8 motels. Sink space is nil since this is a historically repurposed property. The restaurant was fine, bed was fine and shower was good. It’s just not a four star hotel. The Hilton down the street was definitely deserving of a four star rating and yet it’s three stars…I just don’t get it.
