The folks at USA Touch-Up auto body do excellent, quality work, and I highly recommend them. They are open on Saturday which makes it very convenient. I am very impressed with their work, and their estimates when the work will be finished are right on target.

A shop that misses the last stretch of the mile. If you take in a car that's relatively flat, you'll have a good time. If you have a curvy car, you'll have a bad time. My car was there for 6 days vs initial estimate of 2 and had to cancel vacation plans. Even then, they did not deliver to expectations. Day 1-2 saw some pitting along the middle of the front bumper. Day 3 saw an odd streak along the top with circular scratches. I didn't catch this at the shop under direct light, but noticed it under garage lights. Day 4 saw pitting throughout the front bumper. This time my Toyota badge and headlight lenses lost some polish and were scratched up. They did replace the Toyota badge. Day 5-6 saw a weird line with tiny spots along the top of the front bumper. This was not noticed while at the shop, but under garage lights. Added photos as of 20 minutes after pickup on 10/28/2023. I called back and they asked me to come back to buff it. While this did improve the issue, it still persists along the middle of the top of the front bumper and left a lot of micro scratches. Added a fifth photo 20 minutes after the second pickup on 10/28/2023. I'll call on Monday to see if they can further buff

I had a large paint rip on my car's front bumper. I dropped the car off Saturday morning and they provided me with a complementary uber home which was great! I picked it up at 4pm. Later in the week I noticed a mistake in the clear coat. I gave them a call and they apologized and told me to bring it back in and they would fix it right away. I brought it in the next Saturday and they re did the paint, and now it looks amazing! They also provide a 1 year limited warranty which is very comforting especially on an expensive purchase like car paint. I give 5 stars for having extremely fair prices, fixing a mistake quickly, and for being very friendly!

I had a fantastic experience with USA Touch Up! I messed up my right fender and bumper really badly and was worried it would be completely unfixable and I'd have to buy full new parts. The agents at USA Touch Up were quick to look at my car and give me the details on pricing and what it would take in terms of being able to repair the parts. I brought in my car later that week and they did an absolutely amazing job fixing everything perfectly! I can't tell at all that there was any damage and they did tremendous job with the paint matching. I'm very happy with the quality of work! They were even kind enough to help address many of my questions after about other parts when I came to pick up the car. I highly recommend USA Touch Up for any body work needs and will be coming here if I ever need anything in the future!
