Great place! Called to tour during a random walk and were brought in right away where we met Gil. Gil is personable, knowledgeable and made us feel like we belonged. We toured the property across the street as well but honestly we just didn’t “click” with them. 800 Broadway is great - always clean/maintained, friendly staff, rooftop lounge and pool are amazing, and they host a few events a month for their residents which have been so fun! They have a small outdoor dog run on the 6th floor which is convenient but we wish it was larger as there aren’t many places in the immediate area for dogs. The closest grass is a couple blocks away which we’re not used to. Otherwise no complaints and we’re really happy we chose here

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. The views are truly breathtaking—something I never imagined I’d be lucky enough to have. Every single member of the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The amenities are incredible! I honestly wish I had signed the extended lease because this is a place I can see myself staying for a long time.

I’ve truly enjoy my experience living at 800 Broadway Apartments. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the overall quality of the building and the welcoming atmosphere. The views are absolutely stunning. Whether it’s the city skyline or catching the sunset, it never gets old. The community here is something special. The events hosted throughout the building make it easy to connect with others and create a real sense of home. It doesn’t feel like just another apartment complex, it feels like a community. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Gil, who made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me secure the perfect place. That level of service made all the difference. Thank you Gil! If you’re looking for a place in San Diego that combines beautiful views, great amenities, and a strong sense of community, I would definitely recommend 800 Broadway!

I had an amazing experience working with Gil throughout the entire leasing process. From the very beginning, he made what can usually feel like a stressful and overwhelming experience feel very smooth, organized, and actually really enjoyable. He was always responsive, communicated clearly, and really attentive to what I was looking for, which made a huge difference. What stood out most to me was how much he went above and beyond what I expected from any leasing associate. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, he followed up when needed, which made me feel confident and taken care of the entire time. It never felt transactional; it felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I found the right place to live. The property itself is beautiful and extremely clean and well maintained! Another thing I’ve really appreciated is the sense of community here. The property hosts regular resident events, which makes it easy to meet people, and everyone I’ve came across has been genuinely friendly and very welcoming. On top of that, the location is perfect; right in a great part of downtown with everything you need close by! It really makes living here feel that much more

I’ve been living here almost 4 months. Very glad I chose this building. Lots of cool social people, and fun events every month that brings the community together a lot. Haven’t seen any bugs, everything’s clean and new. The gym is great, has really everything you need, with a couple cardio machines outside which is dope. The whole security team is helpful and friendly. As well as the leasing agents, always willing to help out. The agents Haley and Gil are great. Haley helped me with the tour and was patient showing me multiple options and very helpful with all my questions, and continues to help out with whatever. Would Definitely recommend living here.
