i love the lap pool 🏊. It’s always kept clean. The temperature is just right. This is the main reason that attracted me to the Townsend.

I recently submitted a maintenance request and Emmanuel was the technician who came out. He was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He unclogged my bathroom sink efficiently and also fixed a chipped section of my wall, and everything looks great now. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the issues and leave — he took the time to explain what caused the clog and walked me through how I could handle something similar on my own in the future (and when it’s best to call maintenance). I really appreciated that extra effort and transparency. Huge thanks to EMMANUEL and the maintenance team for being responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Great service all around.

The Townsend is a beautiful, brand-new apartment community with true resort-style vibes. We love the full range of amenities they offer, along with the spacious layouts and modern design throughout. From beginning to end, our experience was wonderful. The management team is friendly, highly responsive, and guides you through every step of the process. I highly recommend making The Townsend your first and only stop in your search for a new home.

This is the first apartment complex I’ve happily renewed my lease. The team is very professional and work very hard to keep the space tidy and welcoming. They plan great events to try to bring the community together. I would like to shout out the maintenance team Emanuel and Antron for always being quick with any maintenance repairs I’ve needed. Also another shoutout to Ashley for being super helpful during the renewal process. Overall, I’ve been a very satisfied resident.

I’ve officially been moved in for over a month now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The property is beautiful, modern, clean, and well maintained, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been pleasant. From my initial tour, Ashley was incredibly kind, patient, and approachable, especially as a first-time renter with many questions. Chelsea was a great help during my move-in process and is always a pleasure to speak with. The maintenance team, Antron and Emmanuel, were efficient, friendly, and responsive. While The Townsend is easy to recommend for its property and amenities, it’s truly the staff that make it exceptional.
