Had the opportunity to tour Arrive Mission Valley and was genuinely impressed. The community is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the location couldn't be more convenient. What stood out most was the team—they were welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The property has a great energy and feels like a place people are proud to call home. Definitely one of the nicest communities I've toured in the area!

Jorge has always been a great building maintenance manager. I appreciate him able to efficiently communicate and complete requests within the arrive community. He has a very professional, well, and friendly mannerism. He is great at what he does.

Recently toured this community in Mission Valley and came away really impressed. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a great overall feel. The amenities were definitely a standout and gave the community more of a resort style vibe than a typical apartment complex. The location is also a huge plus super convenient to shopping, dining, and easy freeway access, which makes Mission Valley such a desirable area. I’m still exploring a few other communities before making a final decision, but this property is definitely high on my list. Based on my experience so far, the team was welcoming, professional, and made the tour experience enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out if you’re apartment hunting in the area!

Your maintenance staff is the primary reason that my wife decided to stay here at Arrive Mission Valley. You crew here are nothing short of fantastic. In particular I must tell you about the professionalism of Jorge. This young man is always polite and courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable and always always aim to please. As I said my wife and I could have saved $840 per month if we had of moved a few blocks away! However I doubt if the the after care service would have had anyone close to Jorge. I hope you here at Arrive Mission Valley understand and appreciate what you have in this young man. He takes pride in his work and he represents your company very well. We have been here for 10 month's now and we were going to move after we met the eligibility requirements. After speaking with the front office and our current apt became available we thought about it after looking around at other locations. I made it clear to my wife that it would be good to have $840 to save each month, however I told her that after care with the management and maintenance crew would not be like what we have here at Arrive, and Jorge and crew would not be at the other place. I have to mention leasing office staff : Ashley C. and Briana B. They’re so kind and helpful with any issues I’ve had. I had a problem with washer and dryer ( after living here for years) , they ordered a brand new one for me. They always wave and say hi , always smiling . They make this place look so nice . They just decorated the office and foyer . This is really nice and their work should be recognized and rewarded . Really ! I appreciate you guys! I love this complex ! Gym is great and all other amenities. 5 stars!
