The office staff makes me feel very welcome very friendly, any request. I have a manage it very quickly. Also, the maintenance team has always been kind, professional. I’m very comfortable with them. The guest parking is challenging, sometimes the residence are extremely loud at the pool with their own music, boom boxes on the weekends. It’s difficult to even have peace and quiet out there. But, The staff is doing the best they can and they really do make me feel like they’re doing the best. It’s just sometimes residence. Don’t have respect for other people. But I have loved living here. It’s the staff that makes me feel like I’m at home.

The moment we arrived, I felt like I was at my condo in Newport Coast! This resort-style gated community is beautifully maintained, the amenities are wonderful and the staff was so helpful every step of the way. Gustavo and Paige went above and beyond to make everything happen seamlessly. The parking situation was a huge selling point for us because we actually have our own small garage/parking spaces, not in some huge parking structure. The fact that this community is 100% Solar, all of its energy provided by the sun, residents will have more money to spend on other things besides utilities. This community feels very safe and is exactly what we were looking for.

This place is paradise. I honestly cannot think of one thing about Aquatera that is less than amazing. The staff, the quality of the units, the amenities, the value, the community, the serenity, the location, the attention to detail, the special events – all make Aquatera beyond compare. It's by far the best experience I've ever had with apartment living.

It's not bad to live here, just to not what they advertise. The sign says luxury but it's not. The only "luxury" thing is that the pool is nice. Other than that it constantly smells like weed in the hallways and then dog pee while walking to your car. Walking to your car also could mean walking a mile down the road because 9 times out of 10 the only parking spot that's open is a reserved spot because most of the guest spots got taken over by EV charging ports. Good luck having people over. The suite you tour in was also a lot different than the actual units. The lights were different and there were actually lights in the ceiling. I had one light in my room and it was a foot from the door, down a 6ft hallway, away from my actual room. For luxury I guess I expected more than just a room? Theres also smoke detectors right over the stoves. I set it off one night by boiling water. Theres rarely a night where you don't hear a smoke alarm go off somewhere in the complex. I have many other examples but all in all, it's not a bad place to live. But it's just not luxury. You can just find better places for less. They'll also make sure you don't get your security deposit back.

Hands down, best place I've ever rented in my 14 years of renting in San Diego. Quick maintenance responses (rare issues to need them), friendly and responsive office staff, perfectly manicured and up-kept landscaping. CLEAN and gorgeous property and amenities. They are ALWAYS improving and providing events and parties to help neighbors form community. In the two years I lived there, they resurfaced the pool, replaced the cabanas, upgraded the gym equipment, added a dog wash station, replaced the turf, and repaved the parking lot. And those are just the upgrades I can remember. They are quick to provide solutions to problems, like security patrol not doing their job. The only flip side with the fact that they provide so much value is that they are not hesitant at all to raise your rent to the maximum amount allowable, which is why I had to move. If you don't plan to stay for 5 years or don't mind 9.9% rent increases (when the economy allows for it), then it's not a big deal, and obviously they try to keep adding value to make it worth it. Just the downside in living in greedy capitalism lol. Overall, I still highly recommend this place and apartments with this company. Kelly, Carol
