We trusted them with my dad during one of the hardest moments of our lives, and I’m so thankful we did. From the start, they were not only professional but genuinely kind and understanding in a way that meant everything to our family. We had to handle everything quickly since we were leaving out of town, and they made it happen without any stress or confusion. They stayed in contact, answered every question, and made sure we felt supported the whole time. They took such good care of my dad, and that’s something I’ll never forget. Truly grateful for everything they did for us. Special shoutout to Ms Kim. Helped us every step of the way, bless her heart and all her coworkers ❤️

I feel bad for taking so much time to post this, because Kim and the staff at Bravo Family Mortuary were so responsive to our family's needs following the death of my mother at the end of last year. They were very respectful, and provided us with just enough information not to overwhelm us, but explained everything thoroughly. An amazing balancing act. We had a wrinkle in the process because we are spreading my mother's ashes abroad, but Kim had the experience to iron that wrinkle out immediately. The staff is compassionate and empathetic, and you could feel how much they care about their clients. My family and I HIGHLY recommend Bravo Family Mortuary to help during the most difficult time for your family. They will take great care of you and your departed loved ones.

I’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion we received from Bravo Family Mortuary during one of the hardest times in our lives. Kim was especially wonderful. She guided my sister and me through every step of the process with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Losing our mom was overwhelming, but Kim took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt supported the entire way. She didn’t just handle the arrangements—she also offered genuine emotional support and understanding when we needed it most. Thank you for helping us honor our mom with dignity and for treating our family with such compassion. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

I visited Bravo Family Mortuary in June of 2025; a friend to whom I was very close passed from cancer, and I suddenly found myself in the position of having to arrange appropriate services without any relevant experience in doing so. Bravo F.M. did exceptional work. Blanca, the representative with whom I coordinated, excelled in her role and really went above and beyond getting everything organized, staged, and squared away. Every interaction I had with other staff members was equally pleasant; competence and genuineness at every turn. Bravo's facilities are also great; clean and pristine, modern, and adaptable. Thank you Blanca, and thank you Bravo F.M. I don't think I'd go anywhere else, should I ever need to seek out mortuary-related affairs again.

Steve, Thank you and your staff for the professionalism demonstrated during the funeral service for my brother in law. We greatly appreciate your assistance throughout our most stressful days. Everything was beautifully organized and the inside of the mortuary was set-up perfect. From the entrance, to the service area, family break-room, everything was so beautiful. Steve and Kara were great to work with. Very caring and helpful. On behalf of our family, we thank you again for everything. It was a good experience during one of the hardest times.

The Bravo Family Mortuary is a Class Act. My experience there was incredible. They took the fear and anxiety away from having to blindly navigate the process of American post mortem traditions and were a light on its dark path. Their iteration of a modern mortuary feels like an extension of home. Comfortable / Clean / Inviting. They have designed the space and furnishings in a way that isn't oppressive, antiquated or cliché. Its a beautiful place that feels safe and fosters community and helped us elevate our occasion to the true meaning of Celebration Of Life From the onset of my need for answers and guidance, co-owner Steve Olsher made me feel confident in my choice to remit care of my father to them. All of their staff that worked on our services were helpful and always a step ahead. They allowed for communication to be easy and made the entire process smooth, seamless and somehow less scary. I had the fortune of having Penny as our funeral director. I feel lucky and blessed to have worked with her and the team (Kara & Zoe). I live in SC and my cousin who was just 34 yrs old passed away in San Diego. I had been his contact and when the medical examiner called me with the awful news, I knew I had to figure out how to get the process started to get him home to SC. Not knowing what to do, I reached out to Bravo Family Mortuary, after listening to my story, they guided me and gave me comfort on the arrangements. My family and I, appreciated so much the care and the patience that they took with JG. He was a special person and was treated with the respect that he deserved. I sent an urn that I bought for him to be placed in. They took care of making sure that he was carefully prepared to start home. This has been an emotional journey, and I shared with the family how you all took the time to help me with the whole process. After the cremation, they set up the arrangements to ship JG home to us. Cannot say enough that they treated me with such kindness, and really didn't even know me, but by the end I felt very cared for. Thank you Lena and Steve!!
