South Bay Mortuary was exceptional from beginning to end during one of the most difficult times for our family. The service they provided for my mother were beautiful. Rick and Alfonso showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine care every step of the way. Rick guided us through the entire process with kindness and patience, making sure every detailed was handled with dignity and respect. We are truly grateful for the support and comfort they provided during this emotional time. Their dedication and attention to detailed helped honor my mother in a beautiful and meaningful way. I will always be grateful for the love and professionalism South Bay Mortuary showed our family during such and emotional time. I highly recommend South Bay Mortuary to anyone in need of funeral services.

To Rick Hank, Adolfo and everyone at the Southbay Mortuary, We can't thank you all enough for your kindness, compassion, and professionalism during one of the hardest times of our lives. Thank you for going above and beyond to help with my mom's funeral and making a very difficult process a little easier for our family. Rick is a very professional, understands the sensitivity of your situation and assists you in feeling at peace. Has a very good personality and very good skills in his position. I would recommend him to any and everyone that would need his professional skills. Rick has great interpersonal skills also.

Considering this being such a somber time, I highly recommend Southbay Mortuary. Rick was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. He made everything so easy. He was very respectful to my Dads prior military service and he placed an American Flag over him for transport. He also makes these comfort bears with a forever rose. I would give them 10/10 in all aspects of a recommendation.

I was distraught with the loss of my husband I worked with Rick and his staff. He was very empathetic, caring, kind, compassionate and understanding. I changed plans on him a few times and with no hesitation he said okay lets make that happen. If ever needed my family and I will entrust him in the future. I highly recommend Southbay Mortuary.

I highly recommend Rick and Southbay Mortuary. He helped me navigate a difficult time and made decision making easy. My daughter loved the little handmade teddy bear that he brought for us when he came to conduct his services. When I thought I misplaced the burial certificate, Rick sprang to action to make sure I had everything needed for a seamless service at Fort Rosecrans. He made saying goodbye to my beloved grandmother so much easier to handle. My entire family is grateful.
