My dad passed away May 21, 2026. I had called around to different places for quotes. When I called around prices were high and some of them very pushy and trying to get me to get extra things when i had already explained to them exactly what I wanted. When I called Miramar Memorial Services I had spoke with Charles Bailey. I explained to him what i wanted and I live out of state and no way can I come in. He said he wud send me the pricing and book of different urns and all that via email. I got it right away. I chose Miramar Memorial Services because Charles was very professional, didn't push any extra things on me, in fact the first thing he said to me he was sorry for my loss amd then we went from there. At the time I was just getting quotes the day before my dad passed. He took a quick turn and passed the next day which I called Charles in the morning to let him know I was choosing them just in case something happened soon. Well that night he passed. I talked to Charles and we went over everything. It was very hard especially living out of state. Last month, my dad passed away and I turned to Miramar Mortuary to assist my family and I . From the minute I first spoke with Charles and Jennifer, to the end of the service, everyone was respectful, professional and kind. Before the service, Taps was played, then 2 servicemen folded the flag.and it was then given to me. It was very moving. Miramar Mortuary take great care of our nation's veterans and their families.

When I was given the sad news...my heart was stricken with so much grief and the pain I was experiencing was almost unbearable. Because I was out of state in NC I had noone to ask that could help me with recommendations. When I called Miramar Memorial I had this strong conviction that God had to have led me to Charles Bailey. He was so incredibly caring and compassionate and gave me right away a feeling of calmness ,reassurance and trust.He took me step by step on everything that needed to take place.I can not recommend Miramar Memorial enough to anyone that has lost a loved one and wants their loved one to be cared for in the most respectful and sensitive way.Thank you Charles Bailey and your entire team at Miramar.

My grandpa past. He made prearrangements but going through everything was hard for my mom. Charles took excellent care of us and took special care of my grandpa. After the first time meeting him my mom was able to breathe knowing Charles was taking care of grandpa and everything else (with us of course). We could have not done it without you. My brother died in CA and I was lucky enough to have a friend there that told me about Miramar and Charles. I was able to make all the arrangements from NY online with Charles sending all the documents. Charles was very kind patient and understanding.
