I would like to thank Featheringill Mortuary for being so professional and respectful during our time of grief. Ella and the rest of the staff that we spoke to were so attentive, helpful and answered every question we had. They also provided us with their aftercare service and advice with what needs to be done with my father’s estate, which was very helpful. Again, I can’t help express how grateful we are for all of their support during this difficult time.

Featheringill Mortuary has been used by my family since 1995. All four grandparents, both my in-laws, and most recently my father have been cared for my Featheringill. Every time we have to contact them they are caring, calm, and compassionate. Over the years they have created an aftercare resource which is very valuable. My husband stated that he wished the checklist was around when his father passed more than a decade ago. I so appreciate the steadiness and understanding they provide to families during such a difficult time.

My family recommends Featheringill Mortuary in your time of need. They take the time to get to know you and help you to implement your families wishes. Follow-through and follow up afterward is a comfort to help the family deal with all the personal arrangements with assets etc. When the need arises call Featheringill.

We have used Featheringill Mortuary for many years...for my grandparents, my in-laws, and now both of my parents. They are a long time family business that knows how to treat people and take care of them during a very hard time in their lives. They are kind, efficient, have excellent communication and follow through and they deliver what you need when they say they will. I would recommend them 100 per cent to anyone.

The experience that I’ve had with Featheringill Was an awesome. The active team is very attentive to your needs and very good at advising myself. I tend to overthink things and sometimes overdue and I was told to just take it one day at a time relax and do the best that you can, but don’t try to cram and rush everything touch it calling all bill, collectors, and the IRS and all of the things that will take time to my suggested to anyone that using them if you’re like me who was married to his wife for 37 years no children no assistant left the funeral team. Take it easy dressed at something that you don’t need at this moment some days you’re gonna do things like bagging up things for donation and so forth and then other days you’re just gonna be flat don’t feel bad that’s natural but overall if I could give them 100 stars I would they’re great

Featherin Gill Mortuary was compassionate and professional making a really difficult time less stressful. Kory Truesdale was supportive, kind and caring during the entire process of taking care of the remains of my deceased family member. He kept me informed throughout each step and was respectful and never tried to sell me more services. Their guidance and help was unfounded. I appreciated that Featheringill handled getting: • Death certificates • Burial permits • Clear guidance on what needed to be done next.

I can't find the words to describe the level of concern, not service, but concern that I received from Featheringill Mortuary. Like said , I felt that they were sincere in every form of communication. They were very understanding of my difficult time and showed nothing but sincere understanding of what I may have been going through. It was a blessing to know that they were so helpful and caring. Very caring they were. The service was just as good, however during this time my focus was directed elsewhere, and when my emotions were running high I was able to fall back on Featheringill Mortuary. They managed so much. The service they offered was undeniable, so caring and understanding. When the time comes it's good to have a company that puts your feelings and well being first. I will most definitely do business with them again.

My recent experience at Featheringill regarding my dearly departed fiancee (Alan Barrie Fleischman) was excellent. Kori Truesdale was very helpful every step of the way: knowledgeable, professional, pleasant to speak to and a good listener in my time of stress and concern. We processed a pre-plan since Alan was very ill and he had passed shortly after those arrangements were set, on Feb 9, 2026. Kori also coordinated with Yvette Lynch of Singing Hills Memorial Park, El Cajon, CA (Alan's burial place) and was sensitive to my requests regarding Alan's wishes for his religion's traditional burial practices.
