I’ve lived here for almost 6 years, and I can’t say enough good things about Carlos, Rey, Edita, and the entire team. Carlos and Rey are always quick to respond whenever I have a maintenance issue. They are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Many times, repairs are handled the very same day, and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I appreciate you both so much <3 I also want to recognize Edita, who is an amazing leasing manager. She is always there to answer our questions, address our concerns, and help whenever we need something. No matter how many questions we have, she is patient, kind, and never makes us feel like we’re bothering her. Her communication and dedication to the residents are truly appreciated. What I love most is that the team does more than just manage the property, they truly care about building a community. They regularly organize resident events, raffles, and fun activities that bring neighbors together. These events create a welcoming atmosphere, give everyone a chance to mingle, and make living here feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. The positive energy and good vibe

I can’t recommend Canvas LA Apartments at 138 N. Beaudry Avenue highly enough, and a big part of that comes down to the people who work here. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Edita Nazariyan. She is an incredibly hard worker and one of the kindest people you’ll ever deal with. No matter what we needed, she handled it with care and a genuinely warm attitude. She goes above and beyond, and she’s the reason this place feels like home. I also want to thank Bill corwin, the property manager, who brings a great attitude to everything he does. He’s professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. And a thank you to Jose at the front desk, who always manages to put a smile on our faces and keep us laughing. He makes coming and going a little brighter every day. Great team, great community. Thank you all!

Three years living here and going strong. Jose, Editia, and Bill- you guys make CANVAS. The sole reason why we have stayed here. The units have been to our liking. The community is safe, and overall improves with each passing week. Carlos and his Maint. team are second to none. If anyone is looking to rent here, do it. This is coming from a resident who moves nearly every year and well... three years later, there isn't any intent on moving any time soon. The community amenities, gym, outdoor pool area and club, with Security Patrols onsite and frequent, along with gated parking- near the heart of downtown, without actually being around the chaos of downtown? It is an easy decision and a wonderful investment for your money, time, safety, and a place to call home. This property has everything you'll ever need or anticipate. Cheers!

I want to take a moment to recognize Ray and Carlos for their outstanding work and dedication. Their positivity, efficiency, and consistent willingness to help truly stand out. No matter the issue—whether it’s within a unit or a shared amenity—they approach every situation with professionalism and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. They are incredibly reliable and have become a trusted resource for residents, making day-to-day living here much more functional and stress-free. Their responsiveness to maintenance requests through the portal, along with their attention to overall upkeep, does not go unnoticed. Beyond their technical skills, Ray and Carlos excel in how they interact with people. They handle work orders with professionalism, respect, and care, creating a positive experience for everyone they assist. They are truly valuable assets to this company and community, and their hard work and dedication deserve to be recognized and appreciated. I sincerely hope they are acknowledged and treated well for all that they do.

I’ve been living at Canvas LA for almost 5 years and still really like it. The building is quiet, the new property management company has been updating the building and it really shows they value their investment. The leasing managers onsite are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick and great. I would recommend living here
