First off I will say this complex has great views, my favorite part about the place. It's obviously very new and modern, you'll generally feel happy and safe coming home here. Once you're here though, who knows. One thing about highrises...things break...a lot. Elevators often glitch or are down completely. Flower tower serves fewer floors, and had fewer outages in my experience. It seemed like near the end of our lease, at least once a month the garage gate would break, and if you work in healthcare and need to get to work...this is just unacceptable. My biggest gripe is probably the AC though. When it's hot, the AC could not keep up and it would be 85 in our unit. We rented a corner unit ending in 17 because I loved the floor plan and the views, but I don't think I would do it again. Originally I was really excited about the balcony, but you will see that most residents don't utilize them much because they get so dirty with smog and debris. The unit above us would throw butts of joints and some large rocks fell from their balcony onto ours, never received a response from the front office and it just kept happening, luckily my dog didn't want to be out there anyway so it wasn'

The building is gorgeous, spotless, and consistently well maintained. It's clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the property looking its best. Hector is one of the biggest reasons for such a great experience. He is reliable, incredibly hardworking, and always friendly and respectful. He goes above and beyond to help, and his dedication and excellent work ethic never go unnoticed. Outstanding service all around!

Overall great experience.The building is always clean, organized, and well taken care of, which makes it feel comfortable and welcoming. The view is beautiful and the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. I especially want to give recognition to Hector from the maintenance team. He was very approachable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was handled efficiently. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. Property is clearly ran smoothly and their main priority are the residents. I appreciate the effort they put in every day and would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a clean, well managed place with a great team.

I've had a great experience at this building. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always professional and welcoming. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. Hector from the maintenance team was very welcoming and answered all my questions he was very responsive, swift, knowledgeable. The Maintenance Team genuinely cares about keeping the building in excellent condition and making sure residents are taken care of. Their hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with outstanding service and a reliable maintenance team.

Great place to live. Our first six months here have been outstanding. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-maintained community. The Saturday yoga classes have been a huge benefit to my health, and the instructor deserves special recognition. He's one of the best teachers I've had and has made a real difference in my experience here.
