We love living at the Roosevelt Lofts. We have lived here for multiple years and deeply appreciate the cleanliness, the safe and welcoming environment, and the daily effort to ensure Roosevelt Lofts is a great place to live. There is always attention to detail and staff is always responsive to anything we need. Thank you, Jack for making our home so special.

About three years ago, I started a business with friends on the 8th floor at Roosevelt Lofts. The building is nearly 100 years old, but it’s beautifully maintained and has so much character you just don’t find in newer buildings. It has a unique charm while still being as well-managed as any modern property. The front desk staff, valet team, and leasing office staff are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Because of such a positive experience running my business here, I eventually decided to move into a residential unit on the 12th floor — and now I honestly wonder why I didn’t move here sooner. This place is amazing for both business and living. I’ve truly been enjoying life in Downtown LA since moving here. I would highly recommend Roosevelt Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to run a business or to live.

Absolutely recommend! Al and the management team are the best. From day 1 when we were given a tour, we were so impressed by how clean the building was, the amenities, the gorgeous units and how friendly and welcoming Assistant Manager Al Valdez was. He made us feel at home. My husband and I were dealing with bad management at our last apartment, so good management was a must for us. Everyone in the other reviews had raved about the management too, and we definitely have experienced that for ourselves. After the tour we decided to go ahead and submit an application. Honestly we may not have if Al hadn’t been so hospitable and kind. A few days later, we moved in! We’ve been here about one week and honestly love it so much. The complex is within walking distance to a lot too - Target, LA Fitness, great coffee shops and restaurants, even the metro is right next store. Everything has been great. Shout out to the amazing valet and concierge team too!! We’re very grateful and feel blessed to be living here.

I already left a review a while ago, but I'm so grateful for Jack and Al's help, I'm leaving another review on my wife's account. I moved into another apartment downtown here in 2019, and one day, while drinking coffee at Starbucks with my wife, the building across from us looked so cool that I said this to my wife. "Let's live in a nice apartment like that sometime in the future." And a year later, when the COVID-19 was at its peak, I saw a leasing ad while passing by, and as if it were fate, I was so happy that I said to my wife a year ago came true. For me, this was the happiest thing at a time when I was having a hard time due to the pandemic. So I would like to thank Jack, Al, and rest of the staffs for making this luck a reality for me.

The Roosevelt Lofts has become what we hope to be our home for years to come. The historic building is well kept true to its historic origins yet tastefully updated for any sophisticated cosmopolitan dweller. The residents create an authentic community. The leasing staff is great and always willing to make sure all is well. We worked with Michael, Izabella, and Jack to find our home and they were a great help throughout every step. I recommend you reach out and ask for them by name. The location is central to so many great spaces which offer shopping, dining, entertainment, or simply a nice walk. The area is not great for pets.
