The views are incredible! The leasing team helped me find the perfect apartment. The property manager has been amazing always helpful, responsive, and professional in addressing all of my questions and concerns. A special thanks to Alejandro from the maintenance team, who noticed me struggling on two occasions and immediately stepped in to help with friendliness and efficiency. I truly appreciate the entire O+H team.

90 days in! If you're like me, you're looking at reviews and hoping for insight from someone who has been in the building for a while. We toured no less than 10 buildings in the months leading up to this choice. The on-site staff below made the difference. Starting off strong with our first visit to tour the building with Myla. She is knowledgeable and helpful. But the impressive part was how she went the extra step. I’m a chef and very into interior styling, and I mentioned that we would need to purchase an island for the kitchen. Not only did she suggest an island, but she also sent me multiple options that would complement the kitchen. The one we have blends flawlessly. During orientation, we had the delightful experience of connecting with Paul Lee. So personable and helpful, about 3 weeks in, I realized our mailbox keys weren't functioning. He stopped everything and cut me new keys on the spot. I know the staff is always busy, so I appreciate that. And saving the best for last, our everyday front desk hero, Kristi. I have no idea how she controls that desk like an orchestra conductor. Seeing her downstairs is always lovely. Working with this many tenants and hotel guests,

Alex is the best! He is incredibly hardworking, attentive, and always quick to address any resident's needs. His professionalism, kindness, and excellent communication make every interaction a positive one. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. He always greets people with a smile, is kind and respectful, and truly cares about the building. You can tell he takes pride in his work and treats Olympic + Hill like it's his own.

I recently moved into Olympic + Hill, and during my transition and adjustment period, one person who has genuinely left a lasting impression on me is Jeffrey Yuem from the Resident Services team. I have now been living here for about three weeks, and while I am still adapting to a new environment and lifestyle within the building, Jeffrey’s professionalism, kindness, and consistent support have made the entire experience remarkably smooth and comfortable from day one. Before my move-in, Jeffrey conducted my apartment orientation, and my very first impression of him was that he was exceptionally polite, calm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Throughout the orientation, he explained every part of the building and its facilities in an incredibly detailed yet easy-to-understand manner. He carefully walked me through important guidelines, operational details, and things residents should be mindful of, which helped me feel informed and comfortable immediately. Because of his thoroughness and professionalism, I have been able to settle into life at Olympic + Hill with very few difficulties. Recently moved back to LA and wasn’t sure which neighborhood I wanted to land in. DTLA gets a bad rap, but I wanted to experience it for myself. A friend living in another Onni property recommended Olympic + Hill since it’s brand new with great amenities. I started with a short-term lease to test it out, and it exceeded expectations. The staff is genuinely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. The building is consistently spotless, the vibe is great (they’re always playing good music), and I’ve felt very safe the entire time. I ended up loving my two-month stay so much that I signed a lease. I toured 8–10 other buildings across LA, and this was easily the best.
