Visited Fourth and Laurel last week, The view from this location is one of the best the city has to offer. Amazing spacious brand new units located in Bankers Hill. I'm familiar with the area and all of the great Restaurants in the neighborhood. Unfortunately for me all of the one bedrooms have been rented. I can obviously see why. . RL

I had the opportunity to visit some units at Fourth and Laurel, and I was impressed with what I saw. First, the location is absolutely prime. Banker's Hill is tops on my list of San Diego neighborhoods to live in. Second, I really liked the social/community features. Third, the floor plans were super clean. And unlike other apartment communities I've checked out in the area, Fourth and Laurel Doesn't shoehorn its tenants into a sardine can. I really appreciated the limited number of units in the structure.

This place is impressive. I recently toured a handful of properties in the downtown/ banker's hill area and Fourth/ Laurel is at the top of the list. The View, location, unit size and friendly staff are some of the main reasons I like this place. Some of my favorite restaurants are close by as well which is a huge plus.

I'm moving to San Diego later this year so I checked out Fourth and Laurel Apartments. I've got a dog, so I like that it's pet friendly and the location 2 blocks from Balboa Park is perfect. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a one bedroom becomes available

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a luxury apartment building located at fourth and Laurel in the beautiful Balboa Park area of San Diego and I was thoroughly impressed. The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible view. Absolutely breathtaking! The building itself is stunning with modern architecture and meticulously maintained grounds. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting. It was a delight to see neighbors out and about walking their dogs and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. One of the standout features of this location is its convenience. With plenty of stores and restaurants just a short walk away you have everything you need at your fingertips. It’s the perfect balance of Urban living and tranquil retreat. The interior spaces are equally impressive. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with beautiful finishes, high-end appliances and large windows that flood the living areas with natural light. Every detail feels premium, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, the building exudes, a fantastic vibe - stylish, welcoming, and serene. If you’re looking for a premium living experience in San Diego, this place is absolutely worth considering
