The room itself was comfortable and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk during the evening was disappointing. We reserved a room with two double beds for four guests, but there were only two towels in the room. I called the front desk requesting two additional towels, but they never arrived. Later, my son went to the front desk in person, and instead of providing the towels, he was told they would be delivered to the room, which never happened. We were simply ignored. In addition, the carpets looked very old and had an unpleasant odor. I expected much better service from a Hilton.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had another wonderful stay at Hilton, and I want to give a special thank you to Elizabeth at the front desk. What impressed me the most was that she remembered me from my last visit. That small gesture made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a returning guest. Elizabeth is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She greeted me with a warm smile, made the check-in process smooth, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her excellent customer service is one of the reasons I enjoy staying at this Hilton. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making every stay feel so welcoming. Hilton is lucky to have you on their team!

Booked my stay here on very short notice after a bad experience with another hotel in the area. Front desk staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating no matter what time of day I needed to come up and ask something. The room was pristine. There was a nice shower with a glass door and amazing bathroom mirror and lighting. The room has a fridge next to the safe which made me comfortable leaving everything in the room. Views from the room were exceptional, with a couch, desk, nice tv, and a good set of blackout curtains. Plenty of towels provided daily. Room was a good place to unwind after a long day out visiting San Diego. The hotel was close to so many shopping centers and restaurants, with everywhere else being accessible within 15 minutes or less. Pool and hot tub looked clean and nice, although I did not end up using it because I was out all day exploring the city and beaches. As my first time visiting San Diego and my first solo trip, this was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at!

First time staying at this Hilton property, and overall it was an above-average experience for me. The location is very convenient — it’s not too far from downtown and also provides easy access to the Carlsbad area, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself has a nice, clean vibe. Everything felt well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I especially liked the fitness center and pool area. Both spaces were clean and inviting, which made it easy to stay on track with workouts while traveling. Parking was also well organized and hassle-free, and customer service throughout my stay was solid and professional. A couple of things to note: there are no microwaves in the rooms, so if you need one, you’ll have to go down to the lobby. Also, the shower door in my room didn’t close properly, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it’s a good, dependable stay with a great location and pleasant ambiance.
