Decent hotel that could use just a little more to make it truly Omni(scient). More food options for room service! Stayed here for sdcc and with all the near by places full, we relied mostly on room service/store in the lobby. After about two days it's back to back the same thing. Fantastic view though. Housekeeping was absolutely stellar. Tiki bar was really cool as well and has a few different food options. Definitely easy access to the convention center and the ballpark.

The location is truly remarkable, being just a short distance from Petco Park, various dining establishments, and the light rail station. The amenities, hospitality, and accommodations were all exceptional. Should you be planning to attend a game at Petco Park, you will find convenient access to the entrance via a bridge that connects the OMNI and Petco Park. We enjoyed a quick trip and left feeling satisfied with our stay.

My stay at Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark June 22 to June 25, 2026 Day 1. Check in was good. Beautiful view of the bay. Staying for 3 nights to go to ball games. Tried to find Padres TV channel to watch game in room. Unable to find so I called Front Desk. "Oh we don't carry Padres games except in the bar. They changed their broadcast channel network & not available in guest rooms". I said "I live in Phoenix & I am able to watch Padre games". Walkway from hotel 4th floor to inside Petco Park is an 80 foot walkway. Day 2. Opted out of cleaning room daily. Called front desk at 8:30am to say we needed some towels & coffee. Leaving room for the day & housekeeping was in the hallway. Got what I needed. Day 3. 8:00am called front desk to request more towels, coffee & empty the trash. Left for the day. Came back at 3:00pm & housekeeping had not come. Called front desk. "Will send someone right up." 4:00 Called again. "We are very busy with guest checking in that need something." I said "I called at 8:30am. Seems like I should be at the front of the line." 30 minutes later I went down to the lobby. Saw banquet manager & she found hotel manager. They were so sorry & will send someon

Customer Service is absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered was great. We switched from Select Members to Champion Members during our stay due to a PGA Member partnership and were asked if we wanted an upgraded room. Of course we said yes and then went to dinner. When we came up to the room there were snacks and waters placed on the table. Great location, great hotel, and great staff. Also, the skybridge is such a plus when going to the padres games. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
