The partial ocean view rooms are great, especially on the higher floors where it feels more private. You are right on the beach and can just walk out, and it's close to Pacific Beach's main street so you are walking distance from great food, bars, and the grocery store is also very close. The room was super clean and the air conditioning was very powerful. It's a boutique hotel with a great location and great customer service. Plus, it has a very clean pool and Jacuzzi.

First time visitor to California and the Pacific coast. This hotel was very clean and super comfortable. Housekeeping took great care of our oceanfront room daily with fresh made beds, towels, and coffee. The beachfront scene was full of exciting activities and pure California unique energy. This Georgia girl loved all the vibes, nearby restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing. From before we even checked in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and cared for. Every single person we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. It honestly reminds me of staying at the Disneyland Hotel — the level of hospitality is that good. They truly make you feel like they would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. We were traveling with a child who has sensory and anxiety needs, and the team took so much time to thoughtfully help us find the best room location for our family. They listened, cared, communicated openly, and never made us feel like an inconvenience. That level of compassion means more to us than they probably realize. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, and the views are honestly unbeatable. The location right on the beach is incredible. A special thank you to Michael Orantes, who was exceptionally thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay planning. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We have had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.
