Our move-in experience at Radian has been excellent overall, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team here. We especially want to recognize Alexa from the leasing team, who truly went above and beyond for us from day one. Although our apartment had several miscellaneous items that needed attention when we first moved in, Alexa was incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of quickly and properly. Her level of customer service really made all the difference during our transition. We also want to give a big shoutout to Roberto and Javier from the maintenance team, who have been absolutely outstanding at what they do. We submitted multiple service requests after move-in, and every single issue was addressed and fixed incredibly fast. It was clear they take a lot of pride in their work, and their efficiency and professionalism quickly turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Beyond that, we have been extremely impressed with how well the building is maintained overall. Overall, the moving in experience at Radian was good, but mostly thanks to Alexa from the leasing team, which took care of all our issues, even though the apartment wasn’t in move-in ready condition. The maintenance team Roberto and Javier were also on point and quickly turned around a bad experience into a good one, addressing and fixing everything that was not up to our standards at move-in. Overall, the building is incredible, the views are amazing and the location is very close to anything you need.

We absolutely LOVE living here. Moved in March 2025 after meeting with De’Andrew. He was the best helping get us the apartment we wanted, but also with our move in support while we were getting settled. The buildings and units speak for themselves, but the quick and attentive support is what truly sealed the deal for us. Super happy with our decision!

There's a lot to love about the Radian apartments. The proximity to downtown and Petco Park. The luxurious amenities and the rooftop pool area are great! They do all lot of community events that provide value for the price that comes along with luxury. With that said, there are some nagging issues with the bulk internet connetion. Since there's a contract, getting personal troubleshooting assistance is difficult and there has been ongoing connectivity issues for over a month. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly, especially De Andrew. There has been a lot of turnover with the staff, but he has been here since the start of the lease and is always helpful and kind with a smile on his face. He's really the best part of Radian! With that said, we have had some negative experiences with staff who aren't so friendly or helpful. Won't name any names, but as someone who seems to be in a management role, they really need to take a course in customer service. Overall, it's a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone!

I recently moved into Radian a couple of weeks ago, and it’s been an amazing experience so far! From touring the apartment to the actual move-in, the entire process was super smooth and easy. Big shoutout to Andrew and Hailey, and the entire Radian team — they’ve been incredible from day one. Andrew especially went above and beyond — super friendly, professional, and really helped me settle in. Since I’m new to the area, he even shared great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which made a big difference. The amenities here are top-notch — especially the rooftop, which has one of the best sunset views in the city. Anytime I’ve had a question about my apartment or the building, the team has been quick to respond and always helpful. Overall, I’m super happy with my one-bedroom apartment and the experience so far. Beautiful place, great people, and awesome vibes all around. Highly recommend Radian!
