Fabulous stay, definitely want to come back! All the staff were very friendly. Everything was clean. The views of the marina were lovely. It was nice to have an adult only pool! Lots of restaurants in the hotels offering different kinds of foods and vibes. Also very close to the airport.

I was extremely disappointed with my 3 night stay at the Sheraton Resort. I had multiple issues checking in and receiving the room requested monthls ago when the reservation was made. They staff was not at all accommodating, and I had to switch rooms twice, even after specifically talking to someone when the reservation was made. The room was not as clean as I would have expected from a Sheraton. Housekeeping is definitely not the best. The atmosphere in the lobby was loud! Music was at the highest level, making it difficult to have a conversation. The food at both restaurants on the property (BreweryX and Rumorosa) were mediocre, and you will wait a long time for your order. Upon checkout (10:45 am) I ordered a hot tea and toast (to go) from Rumorosa. I had finished my tea and was still waiting for the toast. TWENTY MINUTES later the bartender went back to the kitchen and brough out the toast in a Togo box. I couldn't believe what I saw, one piece of cold bread that wasn't even toasted. The bartender didn't even apologize for the wait time, just told me the kitchen was short staffed (which I really hate when employees give excuses for their incompetence). Not my problem! I ask

While I wasn't initially very impressed with the room itself—it was nicely remodeled and very clean, but the A/C unit was old and made random whistling noises whenever it was cooling—the outstanding customer service completely changed my experience. As distressed passengers dealing with a significant flight delay, my daughters and I simply needed a comfortable place to rest, and the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I communicated with them frequently through the Marriott app, and every interaction was prompt, caring, and genuinely focused on ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The team even provided us with a complimentary late check-out until 2 p.m., which made our travel day much less stressful and allowed us to get to the airport right on time (it's less than 5-minute by the shuttle or rideshare). I was especially impressed that both the customer service and maintenance teams are available 24/7. It's clear that the staff works hard to make guests feel supported and cared for. Kudos to the entire team at Sheraton San Diego Resort, and especially to Meghan, one of the managers, who promptly helped resolve an issue with my folio. She

The hotel is directly across the street from the airport, and you wouldn’t even know because you can’t hear the airplanes. The hotel is literally next or near to everything. What a great facility. They have several places to eat at. They also have a nice pool area and a great workout facility. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. We had a great view of the harbor.
