San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I lived here for a year and it was the worse decision ever. I chose to not continue my lease due to their unprofessionalism. The amenities would have been so worth it if I didn’t have to deal with the ridiculous property managers, specifically Taylor. I’m honestly not sure how he still has a job. I’m so convinced it’s due to nepotism or favoritism. You’ll notice more complaints about him in past reviews. The leasing offices literally comes up with their own rules for stuff and they do not apply them to all residents equally. Even 6 months after moving out, they continue to harass me about mistakes they made. If the leasing office were replaced, I’d come back in a heartbeat. I could sit here and list all of the issues I had (and continue to have) with them but I’d be here for hours. Feel free to comment for specifics and I’ll gladly share 😊

I'm big on researching reviews prior to any big purchase, or in this case the move in to a new apartment. Having explored other apartment options, and reading both high to low star reviews for The Nash, I would recommend stopping in for a tour, asking questions, and doing your own due diligence to decide on whether to live at The Nash. Personally, I'm glad we stopped in for the site visit and followed up with questions, along with a second look over of the unit we selected prior to signing the lease. We're approaching a month now since having moved in and we're loving our experience. A few highlights since our move in: -Taylor was quick and concise during the tour, and made it easy to stop in again for a second look over; he was also very helpful during our move in process -The apartment itself was clean upon move in; we did another clean through and were happy to see that cabinets and surfaces were not picking up any dirt -Only a few very minor cosmetic notes in our apartment review within the first 48 hours, and nothing that would have held us back from signing the lease; we would be crazy to have not signed (we love the view, front facing unit) -The gym is top tier for an a

Living at The Nash has been a really great experience. The staff, especially Jessica and Taylor, are wonderful. They are always friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. They also always take a moment to say hi to my corgi, and give him some love. The community is very well cared for. The property is consistently clean, and it’s clear the staff puts in daily effort to keep everything looking great. Our one bedroom apartment is modern, clean, and spacious. It feels comfortable and well laid out rather than tight or boxy. The pool, cabanas, and grill areas are nice perks and great for relaxing or having friends over. The Nash feels well managed, welcoming, and easy to call home. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern place in a great location.

I’ve lived in various properties, and Nash is by far the best. The management team—Taylor, Alicia, and Alex—is always ready to help, offering unparalleled support. Their response time to any question or issue is incredibly fast—it’s resolved before I even blink! All amenities are well-maintained, the doors are secure with no random visitors, and, for the first time since 2015, I can sleep in my apartment without earplugs. It’s so peaceful and quiet here! The sense of community here is amazing, and the community events make it even better—everyone is so friendly!

The Nash recently opened in May and it’s so chic and secured. Loved the business center and multiple hang out spots on the first floor by the lobby. The gym is state of the art new equipment. Great view at the bbq level. The pool is on the second level so not necessarily a roof top pool. It only goes up to 4 feet which is perfect for someone who doesn’t know how to swim! There are 4 cabana rooms equipped with fridge and sink. Great for private parties just like Vegas vibes. The units range from studio to 2 bedroom. We toured the studio and one bedroom. I loved how spacious the studio is with a large walk in closet and large shower. The one bedroom was not a walk in closet. It’s slightly smaller closet with sliding doors in the bedroom and the same closet in the hallway. Same bathroom shower size as the studio with wrap around balcony. The place is accessible by key fob or your phone. From parking garage, elevators, gym, door to door access all need key fob access. Very secured. Residents also get one free glass of beer daily! Assigned parking is an additional monthly cost on top of your monthly rent. You’ll find free parking, metered parking and 2 hour parking until 6pm.
