Care Center Cremation & Burial made the very best of a difficult situation with the passing of my brother. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to explain the details. There was a bit of a mix-up with the time of the burial and the Care Center handled it with no problem and in a way most funeral homes would not have handled it. Thank you to Randy, Megan and Brooke. Great people and great service.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the people at Care Center Cremation and Burial -- especially Brooke who was my principle coordinator. Throughout the process they were genuinely empathetic and accommodating. I expected professionalism; they went beyond. Thus I was confident from the start that my loved one was going to be treated respectfully and with dignity. If you're reading this review, you're likely facing some challenges, and I feel for you. Regardless, I recommend that you take the time to review Care Center's service listings on their website. This will help you to identify your specific needs, understand the associated costs and efficiently work with them.

The staff here, especially Meagan, were kind, respectful and did their utmost to make things as easy as possible for us. I hope to not need the services of a funeral home for quite some time, but when I do, I won't hesitate to return here.

Thank you for all your help and compassion for my sister's passing. They kept in great contact through the process making everything so easy for me. I had a complicated situation being responsible for everything even out of state, and they helped me with more than anyone could, they did everything for me. I am so grateful to of been referred to this place. They are the nicest and most sincere. I highly recommend this place, and their prices were the best!

The Megans were very professional and helpful and answered any and all questions I had. This was a difficult time for me but both of them showed compassion and made me feel comfortable during the process of getting my mom ready for her final resting place. I got the recommendation to use this business from hospice care. I called them and they got a cremation set up for my ailing brother in a very timely manner. The ladies I spoke with were very kind and understanding. They even provided me with information about scattering ashes in a state park. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charges for their services were. They also handled all the clerical details to perfection. I would use their services again. Overall, a kind, caring and efficient group of people.

My Mother got sick last year and it was evident that her days were numbered. Her care team suggested hospice for her last days and we, as a family, agreed. It is a lot of stuff to navigate in a very short period of time and tough when emotions are high. We were taking recommendations from people on attempting to plan ahead. The hospice folks suggested Care Center Cremation & Burial for our Mom's cremation. This suggestion ended up being a great one. Our family believes that cremation seems to be the best choice at the end of life. We can spread my Mom's ashes off of Sunset Cliffs so that she can be with my Father. I called in and everything was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The care that we received couldn't have been any better. There was no upselling and the price seemed to be great in comparison to our other options. When the morning arrived that my Mother passed, I simply made a phone call and 2 gentleman were at her house within 65 minutes. They couldn't have been any nicer, caring, nor professional. When a loved one has just passed away, one of the most difficult things to do is to find a place where your loved one can be taken care of as far as cremation or burial and also what decisions need to be made afterward. My experience with each and every one of the staff at Care Center Cremation & Burial was an extremely positive one. All of the staff who I spoke with was excellent. One of the staff who I had the good fortune to have the most contact with was, Blanca. She fully understood what I was going through. No matter how many times I asked her for advice or for clarification, Blanca was so patient, kind, friendly and professional that she made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Blanca was one of the most incredibly helpful staff of any business that I have ever had contact with. She gave me the confidence I needed to make the tough decisions because of her obvious experience and her understanding of what a difficult time this was for me. She gave me the reassurance that my husband was in good hands and if I needed any advice or help of any kind she was there for me.
