Belen was very good at communicating, very thoughtful and understanding with my mother services, also she went beyond to help me recive my father finger print necklace. Keeping something small like that makes a big difference in this hard process of life.

It has been a year since I lost my husband. Even when one thinks they are prepared for death of a spouse, they are not. Luckily, the Family Service Counselor at Cypress View is competent, appropriately compassionate and infinitely patient. He helped me navigate so many issues I had not even thought about, and now, my husband is at peace in our Cypress View niche. Thank you so much, Tim and Cypress View Mausoleum!

I cannot say enough good things about Axel Quiroz and Edgar at Cypress View Mausoleum. During one of the most difficult times for our family, they treated us with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Losing a loved one is overwhelming, but Axel and Edgar guided us through every step with professionalism and understanding. They answered every question, never rushed us, and made sure our family felt supported throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was not only their kindness, but also how transparent and affordable the pricing was. During such an emotional time, the last thing a family needs is financial stress, and Cypress View offered very reasonable options without sacrificing quality or dignity. Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory was called on once again this time for our brother William. Morgan and her team provided such dedicated and respectful care for him. She was transparent about everything & made sure our request was taken care of. They are really caring people that go above and beyond & it's a beautiful place. You can spend hours walking around there. Thank you again.

We’ve been visiting passed relatives at the mausoleum for decades. It is always well kept and the staff always courteous. After making our recent visit, we decided to make our arrangements so that our family won’t have the stress of doing so later. Tim was extremely helpful and outstanding! He worked with us via texts to ensure our niche was near our relatives, provided pictures of the niche location in relation our relatives, discussed the different payment options, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. We were able to complete our contract and finalize everything on line so as not to have to make the drive back there to do so.

I experienced a last minute emergency where I needed to change venues and Dignity Memorial was available during the same date and time, and their staff was so helpful and accommodating and respectful of the situation. Communication was fast and clear. The venue was beautiful and was above and beyond my expectations. I ordered flowers from a different company and they were delivered and already set up by the time I arrived for the service. I’m so grateful we were able to give my mom a proper memorial here.
