I want to take a moment to recognize Joseph for the outstanding customer service and dedication shown every day. You are truly an asset to the team, and your professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond make a real difference for both residents and guests. A special thank you to Joseph and The Da Vinci for hosting such a wonderful event on Saturday. Your hard work, organization, and hospitality made the event a great success and created an enjoyable experience for everyone who attended. Thank you for all that you do. Joseph has been Amazing ever since before I moved in. First meeting him , he would say welcome home which was a very warm gesture.Not only being kind to me but I have watched how he enter acts with other residents, always caring and genuine Anything I needed he would always get it done in a timely manner. Very professional.I’ve met the owner of this establishment and I know he would applaud him. Hopefully Davinci will promote him to a higher position which I believe he will be an excellent and a great asset. Keep up the outstanding job.

I’m not sure where to even begin because my experience was and STILL IS PRICELESS! Let me start off by acknowledging how AMAZING ZACHARY was! Before I can even say hello he greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. The maintenance manager Robert is absolutely AMAZING and continues making sure things were not just ok but Good! Having them makes paying rent worth it. There are two other gentleman Joseph and Marlow who are over the top outstanding I literally can’t even put into words how blessed I am to have such an amazing crew living here. In all my years renting I have NEVER seen an entire crew always in a good mood, go out their way to greet and help tenants. They are all very very informative which to me is HUGE because I can’t stand being told false information or lazy people. I can tell you with all the great amenities and a staff like this I won’t be going anywhere.

A former security guard at this property believed I was responsible for her termination and later damaged my vehicle, resulting in approximately $2,500 in damages. Despite this situation, management stated they “do not guarantee safety” and denied my request for a modest one-month rent abatement. What makes this more frustrating is that the parking garage gate has been broken and left open for nearly a month, which has significantly impacted residents’ sense of security. As a resident with GHP for nearly three years without prior issues or missed payments, I expected a higher level of care and urgency regarding safety concerns. I do want to acknowledge that the office staff themselves have always been kind, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, the same level of concern does not seem to extend from upper management or the company as a whole when it comes to resident safety and quality of living making those kind words feel empty and trained.

Updating my review that a posted since I first moved in in 2022. I’ve absolutely loved living here. All my guests are always blown away when they come to visit, thinking I live in a hotel. Best amenities of any apartment for the price. Great views of downtown, Hollywood, and Dodgers stadium from the rooftop and from my balcony. I use the indoor basketball gym and weight rack almost daily. Great, secluded location in downtown without too much foot traffic, so it stays quiet. There are a lot of sirens, but that’s living in the city for you. Maintenance requests are resolved extremely quick and promptly. Resident services is always willing to help out when I have a request or have any issues. Shout out to Joseph for being super helpful all the time, I’m in the office a lot for random reasons. I enjoy using the package lockers, as it gives peace of mind from important packages getting stolen. Only complaint is wishing it was more walkable to downtown but that’s not the apartment’s fault. 10/10 - I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to others who are interested.
