My husband and I are coming up on our first full year living here. We started out in a one bedroom apartment in the older buildings and then upgraded to a two bedroom in the newest building. When we first moved in, we were highly impressed by the building and the staff. However, after a year of living here, we have found it fails to meet expectations, especially given it markets itself as a luxury apartment complex. While our apartment space specifically is wonderful and we do love it, we’ve found common area like the pools, gyms, and hallways are oftentimes very dirty and sometimes unusable. Neighbors leave trash in the hallways and it stays there for weeks on end at times, especially in the new building. The pools that looked great during our tours, oftentimes look dirty to the point of being unusable and unsanitary and trash is often left accumulating for days on end in outdoor common areas before being cleaned. On top of that, the Latch/Door system keeps the building secure, but doesn’t operate properly during power outages, leaving residents locked out of their apartments and unable to get where they need to go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience leasing an apartment at Ferrante. The leasing process was smooth, and Earnest was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get approved for my lease without any issues. The apartment community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The amenities are excellent, and the location is very convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. The building feels safe, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I really appreciate Earnest’s outstanding customer service and would highly recommend both him and Ferrante to anyone looking for a new apartment.

We have been renting an apartment at Ferrante Apartments, and our experience has been wonderful. A big reason for that is Earnest Samson. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help!!! No matter what questions or concerns we have, Earnest responds quickly and always treats us with respect and care. He makes the leasing experience easy and stress-free and truly goes above and beyond for residents. It is rare to find someone so friendly, patient, and dedicated to helping others. We are very grateful for all of his support and assistance. We highly recommend Ferrante Apartments and especially Earnest Samson. Thank you for making us feel welcome and valued as residents!!!!

Living at Ferrante just keeps getting better! I’m so impressed with the new amenities being offered, especially the fitness class hosted by TractFit now available right here in the community. Having access to a well-structured class only steps away from home makes it so much easier to stay active and consistent with my routine. Big thanks to Christina and the entire management team for always looking for ways to enhance our living experience and for bringing these great opportunities right to our doorstep. It’s another reason why Ferrante truly feels like home!
