I had two people helping me with arrangements. One was Andre he was awesome and did what he said he would do and communicate promptly. On the other hand Jessica was absolutely worthless! Did not answer calls or texts. Jessica did not fill out the death certificate correctly and filled in unknown to the answers that I provided to her. The day of the funeral I had my grandchildren there to carry the casket from the Hurst to graveside. When I drove up the casket was sitting graveside. They said it would be taken care of but thirty minutes later when people arrived to fix it everyone was already there. If you go to Greenwood for arrangements and are assigned JESSICA run don't walk away!!! My wife and I had made arrangements years ago and paid for most of it. Maybe because she wasn't getting a commission she just didn't give a damn about our needs. I could rant on forever because she doesn't care about my needs when I needed it the most.

I chose Greenwood Memorial Park and Mortuary because they accommodate Buddhist traditions and have an on-site crematory, allowing the cremation to take place on their property. Andre was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly compassionate, accommodating, and responsive, helping my family navigate a very short timeline so everything could be arranged before my father passes. I would wholeheartedly recommend Greenwood Memorial Park and Mortuary, especially Andre, to anyone going through such a difficult time. They have made this part of the process one less thing for our family to worry about, allowing us to focus on spending precious time with our dad.

27 July 2026. After putting off the task of arranging for my wife and my final arrangements for far too long, we decided to enter the process of finding the best mortuary to carry out our wishes. After contacting two other providers, we spoke to Christine from Greenwood. She came to the house and proved entirely knowledgeable about the various processes as well as bringing very friendly approach to a possibly dark discussion. She definitely knows the business. My wife and I evaluated all offers and decided that Greenwood was the best choice mainly due to Christine’s approach and explanations. Affordability is always a consideration but there are many variables to every major decision. Christine sealed the deal for us.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Greenwood Memorial Services for the exceptional care, compassion, and efficiency you provided during such a difficult time for our family this weekend. Your kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are eternally grateful. A special thank you to Paola for ensuring my uncle was carefully prepared for his viewing after arriving from Tijuana. Your dedication and attention to detail meant so much to us. My grandmother is especially thankful for the kindness, respect, and love you showed while caring for him. To Adrian, thank you for your patience and for truly listening to our needs from the very first moment we met. Your attention to detail helped make the burial service beautiful and meaningful. We sincerely appreciate your prompt responses and clear communication throughout the entire process. Jessica, thank you for helping us arrange the services so quickly and allowing us to give my uncle the farewell he deserved. Your availability and responsiveness will always be remembered with gratitude. Andrew and Angel, thank you for your care during the 24-hour viewing. We deeply appreciate the way yo

We are incredibly grateful to Andre Mejia for the compassion, professionalism, and care he showed our family during such an emotional time. He helped us through the delicate process of removing our grandmother’s urn from her grave and reuniting her with our mom so they could rest together. What could have felt overwhelming was handled with dignity and kindness, and Andre made every step feel smooth and supported. He guided us patiently through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure we felt comfortable with each decision. During a moment filled with grief and remembrance, his calm presence truly brought us peace. Andre went above and beyond by assisting us with designing a new headstone to memorialize both of them together. He took the time to genuinely ask about our grandmother and our mom & their personalities, their stories, and what made them special so the memorial would truly honor their lives. Because of his thoughtful approach, the final tribute feels deeply personal and meaningful. We will always appreciate the care, respect, and dedication Andre showed our family. He didn’t just help coordinate arrangements he helped us create a lasting memori

We are extremely grateful for the help and support that our family received from Jesse Ortega and Loli Romo during our family's difficult time. Jesse and Loli lead our process with grace, compassion and empathy while keeping us informed to make the best decisions for our mother's services. We were blessed to have Kay Hencon and Kayrra Crawrford assigned to support and lead our mother's services. Kay and Kayrra made sure we had everything set up appropriately when we arrived, as well as provide an agenda for the days' scheduled events and more importantly, kept us on schedule and organized throughout. These things may seem like a job that the staff at Greenwood or any employment "should" have, but we must say that when you are deep in emotions, overwhelmed with everything going on while processing a loved one's loss, this truly is a great support and without it, it would have been that much more difficult. Again, we thank Jesse, Loli, Kay and Kayrra for all their support. We also want to thank all other staff that was not directly introduced to us, but that created all the service folders, portraits, and all the items we had for our mother's services. Thank you! 1/23/26 We had a wonderful funeral service and viewing for my dad last year. Its been 9 months since that day and I am now facing incredible lack of compassion, consideration, respect, and support!!! There are certain rules for gravsite decorations and I totally understand that. However, those of us who decorate, also pick up EVERYTHING on our scheduled clean up day! The problem is that the office has no communication skills. The managers or whoever is enforcing the rules has not taken the time to be a considerate professional and contact the families of the deceedents to notify them of any changes or updates!!! They claim that they don't send out mass emails or make phone calls! So what they do instead is throw away every decoration, which is of sentimental value to us, without a care about our feelings or respect to our deceased loved ones! Decorating makes the gravsite look nice as well as the cemetery! Going to visit a loved one brings a smile to the family when we see how beautiful and colorful the grave looks. Instead of seeing a somber, sad, cold grave! I've been coming to this cemetery for almost a year and in the area where my dad is resting, I have seen how we all fol

My family recently experienced the loss of a loved one, and just a few days ago we had to use the services we didn’t think we would need so soon. I want to share my appreciation for Jay Perez and John Truong at Greenwood for the exceptional care and guidance they provided. Jay assisted my family with pre-planning about five years ago, his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail was comforting. When we returned a few days ago, he immediately stepped in and guided us through each step with the same clarity and empathy he showed years ago. This was our first time meeting John, but he quickly made us feel at ease during a very difficult moment. He was prepared and compassionate in helping us arrange memorial services. Both Jay and John were genuinely empathetic and responsive on a Sunday, when I had random questions and a request, and patient as we had to make decisions. Their professionalism and compassion made a challenging time more manageable, and my family is so grateful for their support. I highly recommend specifically requesting Jay Perez and John Truong when considering services at Greenwood Memorial Park. Their commitment to helping families navigate a difficult mo
