We worked with Christian Felix to finalize procedures for my stepfather. Christian was professional and friendly to my whole family. His attentive but relaxed approach took the anxiety out of the proceedings, and helped us all feel better about the plans we had to make.

We have used Merkley-Mitchell for all our family services. The staff is attentive, professional, personable, and very helpful. Unique is a wonderful director and Sheila did a great job at the service. I would highly recommend them for comprehensive and caring funeral services.

Our point of contact at Merkley-Mitchell was Unique, who was seemingly born for this industry. She was fantastic. She had all the answers and a great disposition. Whoever hired her did a big favor for the company, and I would not hesitate to refer Merkley-Mitchell to anyone I know.

The passing of my father was unexpected and quick. Morgan was very prompt at reaching out and helping ease the transition for my father’s resting place. Morgan and the staff at Merkley-Mitchell Mortuary was understanding and communicative of the differences between Western and Eastern funeral services.

The staff at Merley-Mitchell provided the most exceptional service to me through this incredibly difficult time. They were kind, professional, and they took a lot of the stress out of one of the most stressful situations in my life. My mom was treated with care and dignity. I have nothing but gratitude and praise for Brandon and the rest of the team. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout this tragedy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs funeral services.

Needless to say, making decisions for disposition or remains isn't a fun experience. However, my interaction with Pre-Planning Advisor Joe Davis was extremely positive and completely without stress. I was not an easy potential client since I knew exactly what I wanted, or better said what I didn't want, relative to the disposition of my remains. Mr. Davis was completely understanding of my wishes and did not attempt to coerce me into purchasing services or products I did not want. He let me know what products and services were available and appeared to understand my reasons for selecting the options I desired. I feel comfortable with the knowledge that Merkley-Mitchell Mortuary will follow through with my wishes.

My sister and I received terrific service from Brandon Greene at the mortuary. My father had prepaid for his services and made arrangements at Fort Rosecrans preceeding his death. Fort Rosecrans, so there weren't too many decisions to be made. But there were details to coordinate.. transport of the body, obituaries, cremation, a pastor to be found and contacts with the cemetery. All the details were handled by Brandon and he was always available for a question. It may sound a but strange to be recommending a mortuary, but they earn 5 stars in my book.
