Losing a loved one is incredibly hard, and having to make so many decisions while grieving can feel overwhelming. One of the best decisions I made during this difficult time was choosing San Diego Funeral Services for my dad’s funeral service. From the very first moment I spoke with Gaby Garza, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. At all times, she was incredibly compassionate, human, and tactful. I can genuinely say that Gaby truly loves helping families and cares deeply about the people she works with. Gaby made sure to take care of every detail so that my family and I would not have to worry or be bothered by the little things during such a painful time. From the very beginning, she was proactive in solving logistical issues and anticipating potential problems, things that could have caused us additional stress, headaches, and unnecessary expenses. She handled everything with so much care and thoughtfulness. I genuinely feel that Gaby is an angel. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication meant more to my family and me than I can put into words. Thank you, Gaby, for everything you did for my dad and for our family. We will always be grateful. ❤️

I lost my dad a few months ago and I had no idea how or where to go as to arranging his transportation to his birth place in Mexico but thank goodness we found SD funeral services and worked with Gaby who was amazing since day one taking care of all of our needs in such difficult times. Losing a loved one is difficult and having to do all the arrangements at the same time is hard but she made everything easy from consulate arrangements, death certificates and the most important transportation of my father all the way to our chosen funeral home in Mexicali was a breeze with contact the whole way until he was received. I will absolutely keep recommending them to anyone who is lost as I was. Thanks

Absolutely NO complaints about this place. GABY is a blessing in disguise, you can tell she loves her job and is always one step ahead. She makes everything so easy on the family and makes you feel at home. We couldn't have done this without her. Service was faster than expected and were able to get my sister to CDMX before the expected time. It only took them 2 weeks, when other places where giving us an 8 week timeframe!

Losing a loved one is the worst thing that can happen to you in this life. Sadly, I lost my mother a month ago. I could have chosen other funeral homes, but from the moment we spoke with Gaby Garza, I knew San Diego Funeral Service was the right choice. I am eternally grateful for all the support Gaby gave my family and me during the transfer of my mother's body from San Diego to Ensenada. She was an angel to me, as she handled my mother's transfer perfectly.

There were many funeral homes we could have chosen to facilitate the burial of my daughter, and I am grateful I chose SD Funeral Services. They take the process very serious abs are super accommodating, working through the details with urgency. Roseangel was always on top of things and Bobby, super supportive. They are not the cheapest service we found, and I knew they’d be the best quality— Glad we decided to go here! Thanks again for such a beautiful service and for maintaining your professionalism even when there was tension and things could have gone awry. It turned out to be the perfect way to say goodbye to my baby. Forever grateful!
