Great experience living here for the past 5 years. Never had any issues, the building is well maintained very clean and management has been nothing but kind and professional. All our needs and expectations have been addressed with a great quickness. Especially during this pandemic the amount of support, including an honest concern for our well being from our management is greatly appreciated.

This is a great place to live, neighbors are friendly, staff always have a smile on their faces. The owner has a 24hr emergency dispatcher to answer calls for repairs. Maintenance staff come very fast to fix what needs to be fixed. Parking, well I have a designated parking spot. I am grateful for my parking space, other apartment buildings do not have a parking space for tenants. So far, I cannot complain, I made the right choice to move into this apartments.

Sadly, every time I come to visit a friend, I spend over half an hour trying to find parking. Always have to park at least a mile away. Although, there is visitor or guest parking. But, the residents park in the “Guest” parking taking every spot reserved for actually guest!

7 years of Harrassment from a Nuisance neighbor, without reprimand, just kills the entire Peace vibe! Until this ENTITY is removed from the CASTELAR COMMUNITY, it'll always be dreadful here! African-American tenants are outnumbered here so don't expect fair treatment.
