Ray was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was the person who showed me around the property and helped guide me through the housing process, and he made everything feel incredibly easy and stress-free. He was professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I really appreciated how helpful and approachable he was every step of the way. He did an incredible job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist me.

He is courteous, attentive, and highly organized, ensuring that guests are assisted promptly and efficiently. Hasib goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, and his dedication to customer service leaves a lasting positive impression. This is a great place to live. The building is stunning and really stands out in Downtown LA. The location is great, with restaurants, entertainment, and everything you would want nearby. The amenities are excellent and well maintained. What truly take this place to the next level though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond for us and make The Grand feel like home. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely LOVE the staff here! The concierge, porter, and maintenance teams are the best of the best. The concierge team is one of the main reasons many residents have been able to meet and connect with their neighbors. Anthony is the absolute best, he’s a Jack-of-all-trades. Bryan is super knowledgeable and always willing to help. We miss Maria, Paula, and Justin dearly. Mrs. Patti is the sweetest, her and Jonathan were a dynamic duo, but Jonathan is also who the leasing world was missing! We always come down looking for Cleandell and Stine, when they’re at the desk we can’t help but smile and laugh, Stine has the best jokes). Ray and Sierra are the perfect additions to the team! Welcome Ivy! It’s always an amazing feeling when management takes the time to get to know their residents and is always willing to make themselves available for the needs of the residents and the community. If any of you happen to read this review, please know that you create a grand experience!

The Grand has been the best apartment I have lived at so far in LA. Michael Z in the leasing office was patient while I searched through the building to find the right floor plan. When I applied and even now that I have moved in, Michael and the concierge team are easy to get a hold of. I am impressed with the level of detail put into the building. I've never sat in a lobby and wanted to stay there.....! My unit has floor to ceiling windows on the east side of the building. At night I can see the whole city lit up. Two other important things: valet and security. Valet: Never used it other than at a restaurant, but I actually am liking it more than I thought I would at home. The valet team allows me to request my car in advance and has it waiting for me. The management team is open to suggestions for improving the service as well. Security: Appears well staffed. I have lived in buildings before where I was scared to leave the lobby or walk through the garage... here I feel secure because the lobby is always staffed and there is security posted by the lobby, this in addition to the valet staff. I will update my review if anything changes but I am happy with the decision I made t
