I’ve lived in this community for eight years and it has been an incredible place to call home. The property is well maintained, cleaned frequently and the manager Mo is amazing. She cares about everyone who lives here. Mo and the entire team are always easy to get ahold of and if you ever have a maintenance need they're easy to schedule. You feel like you're surrounded by family, which was important for me because I moved from across the country. The neighborhood is convenient and quiet and the building feels safe. This isn't one of those pool builds with a ton of extras like a gym, but I honestly didn't want that stuff. I wanted a quiet community not a party place. It's a super dog friendly community too. After eight years here, I can confidently say this complex sets the bar high. If you’re looking for a place that’s stable, well run, and actually feels like home, this is it.

I have been a resident here for about 6 months and am extremely happy with both the building management and building itself. Everything is high quality and well maintained. Maintenance requests are answered and dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend moving here if you're looking for apartments in the area.

I was very interested in moving in this building but I'm glad I changed my mind quickly. Thank God I found a better building to live in. The woman named mo was very rude and dismissive. She didn't want to help or answer any questions. She claimed that only certain people could live there and they had to personally show her their bank account balance. I mean just total ignorance and unprofessionalism. If you know anything about leasing, you know that is not true and she is the BIGGEST LIAR. The things people do so they don't have to work. The need to replace her immediately and get a true manager.

This is a top notch apartment community! They have several lounge areas in the common space. The dumpsters are not in the driveway like many Essex communities but are still accessible. Key fob entry including the apartments. For me, one of the best things it the high ceiling in the secured parking area. I could open the hatch of my SUV all the way without hitting the ceiling. I was only helping someone move in but really liked the place.

It is new apartment building , it is three floor building and is a gated community . Inside building , it has beautiful modern designs. Easy to find parkings.
